Our friends Bobby Ray and Char Little live in Bacong, a few KM south of Dumaguete City. They have newly built apartments for rent as follows. They can be ideal for individuals who wish to try out life in the Dumaguete area without committing to a long-term lease or purchase.
DOOR 1, The rent for this apartment is Php9500 per month and a Php9500 deposit. Three (3) persons are allowed to live there. A fourth (4th) person is allowed at an additional Php500 per month.
DOOR 2, The rent for this apartment is Php9500 per month and a Php9500 deposit. Three (3) persons are allowed to live there. A fourth (4th) person is allowed at an additional Php500 per month.
DOOR 3, The rent for this apartment is Php10,000 per month and a Php10,000 deposit. Four (4) persons are allowed to live there, no additionals.All apartments include water and garbage pickup if delivered to
DOOR 4 gate late Friday night, (after 6pm), except for weekend holidays, (no pickup). Any other services, including electrical usage, are the responsibility of the renter. All apartments are pre-wired for WiFi internet, cable TV and landline.All apartments are fully furnished including hot/cold showers, air-con units in both BRs and shall remain at all times the property of the owner. We also rent this bamboo cottage for P600 a day or P4,000 a week that includes everything except food and personal laundry services.

Sorry folks all 6 rentals are full-up and have been for some time and no word if anything coming available at this time, (March,2011). Our vacancy’s has not been more then 2 week’s over the last 5 years.
We have bought 8 more lots in this subdivision outside, (closer to Dumgauate), of Bacong, but will take some time to develop anything
BTW, the last poster to this thread, (Logic Wings), hasn’t seen or has any ideas what is included with the services provided!!!
If he/she wants PINOY and Pinoy furnished housing at P6,000 is cool, but isn’t what is offered here………PERIOD!!

this price is for the foreigner, 6000 pesos is ok for this apartment.
