One Dim Sum in Prince Edward, Hong Kong, received a Michelin one-star rating for 2012. We spent a week dining in Hong Kong, including some other Michelin-rated places. Some were more pretentious, but none were more enjoyable to us. Somewhere I read that One Dim Sum must be one of the least expensive one-star Michelins in the world. Continue reading
